Artificial intelligence is no longer just for big companies. Today, with tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, any business in Monterrey can save hours of repetitive work. The key isn't using it for everything, but starting with the tasks that eat up most of your time.
Here are five you can try this very week.
1. Answer the questions you get every day
How much does it cost? What time do you open? Do you deliver? If you answer the same thing twenty times a day, ask AI to help you write clear, friendly replies for each frequently asked question. Save them as quick replies in WhatsApp Business and you're set.
2. Write your posts and descriptions
Social media demands constant content. AI can give you ideas for the whole month, write the copy for your posts and draft product descriptions that sell. All you do is review, adjust the tone and publish.
3. Summarize and organize information
Paste in a long email, your meeting notes or your customer reviews and ask for a summary of the key points. It's especially useful for reading what your customers think of you and spotting what to improve.

4. Understand your numbers
If you track your sales in Excel or Google Sheets, AI can help you find which days you sell the most, which products move the least or how much you spend each month on every expense. You don't need complicated formulas: just ask in plain English, the way you'd ask your accountant.
5. Serve your customers around the clock
The next level is having an AI assistant connected to your WhatsApp that answers questions, shares prices and books appointments even when you're busy or asleep. It's the most direct way to stop losing sales because you didn't reply in time.
Three rules for using it well
- Always review. AI can make mistakes. Never publish or send anything without reading it first.
- Protect your data. Don't share sensitive customer information, passwords or banking details.
- Start small. Pick just one task this week and add another one next week.
In our 3 hour AI workshop we show you how to apply all of this to your business, with examples from your own industry.
